When we heard the space was available and the landlord was interested in having us as tenants, it was decided somewhere between the end of bottle one and the middle of bottle two that it would be a French Diner, and as soon as we put 'French' and Diner' together, the menu basically wrote itself. There is a strong connective line between bistro classics and diner standards: comfort food, so it was easy to see how happily beef bourguignon would share menu space with meatloaf and mashed potatoes, or how natural it seemed to have a choice between steak frites and chicken fried steak. It all comes together in a beautifully lit room that calls back to an old school diner from a bistro’s landline, all pushed through a smudgy, deco lens. Our main goal is simple, we just want you to have a nice time.

    Our first time dining at the restaurant. Food and service was great. We were with friends and it was a great place for being able to have conversations. It is a little pricey but if you know that and prepared to pay you get an excellent night out, with good food and service, and atmosphere.

    Le Swan is a gorgeous little neighbourhood spot that's perfect for date night or a catch up with your friends. Casual, yet elevated, with great ambience. Great menu options, wine selection and it's definitely great value for the price.

    Very beautiful! Perfect for a girly brunch, girls night out, etc. I went for my birthday and the staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. They wished me happy birthday and gave a little gift, they really made sure to make me feel special. Appetizers and cocktails were really great and creative and I would definitely go again!
