Best Fish Restaurants in Green Valley Ranch

Did not disappoint. During an extremely busy weekend this meal was just what we were wanting. Great food, outstanding service, and upbeat ambiance. We had the shrimp cocktail; three HUGE shrimp that were perfectly chilled and served with cocktail sauce and horseradish so you can adjust the heat to your liking. We also had the scallops appetizer which is one of my favorites. The scallops are good-sized and cooked perfectly so they cut like butter. My preference is to get the warm bacon sauce on the side so I can adjust amount. We also had the strip steak and the brisket tacos. The steak was good sized and textbook medium rare. It was served with a baked potato and house salad. The potato was so fluffy inside yet skin was crisp. The tacos hit the spot as well, with crispy wonton shells and delicious beef with cabbage slaw inside. Our server, Monica, is one of our favorites. She remembers us, asks caring questions, and even knows our typical drinks and appetizers. Cannot say enough about all the servers there. We have several favorites, but they all do an awesome job of making each meal flow perfectly. We never go to Vegas without a reservation here. It’s one of our top recommendations to friends and family.
