The dishes I ate were divine, a really enjoyable salad and a clever risotto dish. They skimp on nothing. The portions are beyond adequate. The staff is just wonderful, friendly, helpful and efficient. If you are in Dutchess County make it part of your stay.More infoTroutbeckPrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Amenia•4.7

Good buffet options nicely prepared, including nuts and cheese and crackers to have with a drink and dessert. No entree for vegetarians, though, could be an obstacle for some. Comfortable and attractive seating options indoors and out. Nice simple wine list. I'll definitely return if I am attending a performance. Unclear about whether regular restaurant offerings are different.More infoValley RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• West Point•4.7
