Bringing together a market garden, a restaurant, and an inn in one place, we offer a refined culinary experience rooted in the seasons, the harvest, and the surrounding landscape. Before dinner, guests are invited to discover the gardens and learn about our farming approach. In the kitchen, our 5-course tasting menu evolves with what the farm has to offer, complemented by products from our partners in Brome-Missisquoi and a selection of local wines.
