The Boar's have an excellent selection of wine and beers. The menu was enticing and varied. The food was very well cooked and delicious. The dining room was quiet, and the pub very comfortable. I would not hesitate to return.

Excellent meals for us all and staff were also great. Restaurant has been well designed and has a great feel to it. Lovely atmosphere and tables not too close with good settings. Definitely recommend and will come again.

We've been regulars since it opened and it just goes from strength to strength. The new menu is a triumph of inventiveness; pickled melon, pastrami hash, pork tomahawk, a deconstructed lemon meringue - all superb. Great value, great staff, outstanding food. Highly recommended.

Just as always. A first class meal that just dances on the palette. The staff are super attentive without being intrusive which is a hard task to get right. With Chef Jono leading the pass and his super talented team in the kitchen. There is a lot that can go wrong. Also shout out to the cracking playlist in the background when we were there!!

was great service, the staff were very attentive & friendly, was full as is Sparkle weekend in the village, loved my starter of tomato & basil soup, the chicken main course was lovely too! All of us enjoyed the experience & thank you.
