Best Dining Bars in Lexington

First time and the food was excellent. Everyone was pleased with the dinners, appetizers and deserts. Very nice place and we'll be sure to keep Ravello on our short list.

We were a party of seven, some that like the basics and others that are more adventurous. Bar Mezzana was a perfect option with a lot of variety to accommodate all of us. Service was fantastic, water glasses always filled, empty plate/dishes cleared quickly and we didn't have to look around to signal our server when we needed to order additional drinks. Our server also was great to offer up suggestions on cocktails, food and quantities to order. He was engaging and did not make us feel rushed. We started off with bread and dips. The other dishes were brought out when as they were ready and at a good pace. Bar Mezzana serves dishes family style which was perfect for our group. We liked ALL of the dishes we chose. Some of the favs, the winter squash agnolotti, lasagna and tuan Crudo. Eggplant was good but could have done without/less of the greens on the eggplant, it was a bit too much. Food delicious as usual but entrees were lukewarm by the time they hot to our table.

Chicken flatbread pizza mostly arugla and no chivken or cheese. I know its hard times for all but if you cant take the heat stsy out of the kitchen. Bartender was amazing fast precise service which made the experience. Plus NRG has good incentive program which also made the experience ok.

This place has that subtle cool yet upscale vibe without doing too much. Nothing phony here, all the focus is on the food and how to deliver the best experience to their guests. Did I say how much we loved the food?
