Excellence Off-Strip new gem! If you are tired of hunting for hidden speakeasies just to enjoy an exceptional dining experience - make reservations at "Doanburi". It is a must visit. I'm a quiet guest taking it all in. The genuine warmth of the service made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I appreciate the attention to detail to give us a reason to dine there vs. all the many options of many fine restaurants in Vegas. At Doanburi, the ambience strikes a perfect balance of clean upscale, comfortable with music that is dialed in perfectly for normal conversation. The sushi was incredibly fresh with unique dishes and presentation. I wish I could have met the chef but she was busy creating behind the bar the entire time. The food was outstanding and the fish very fresh. I have not met the chef but his wife was a wonderful host ! I definitely recommend this place !
