My husband and I enjoy everything about our dinner at Brassica. The butter pouched lobster was delicious! For our entrees we ordered the pork chops and pork belly and the duck, both are excellent choices. I highly recommend going to Brassica.

Thursday is Ladies’ Night. Being from out of town I was unaware. The bar was packed, which is usually where I sit when eating solo, so I opted for a small table in the main dining room. The live music was great, the crowd was alive and having a great time. I started my dinner with a glass of Bordeaux and the Duck Meatballs, which were exquisite. I had the Lamb Ragu for my main course and the Paris Brest for dessert. Everything including the service was outstanding and I will definitely return next time I’m in town. I highly recommend The Select for a unique and delicious dining experience if you’re ever in Sandy Springs.

Save room for dessert! The food at Foundation Eatery was exceptional. As a self-described foodie, I'm always searching for restaurants that offer creative, thoughtfully prepared dishes with plenty of variety. Foundation exceeded every expectation. I ordered every dish the staff recommended, and each one was outstanding. Julio provided attentive, knowledgeable service, and you can tell Chef Mel and his wife, Sandy, have poured their hearts into every aspect of the dining experience. Their attention to detail is remarkable--they genuinely care that every bite is exactly as it should be, and it shows. We started with the Crisp Spanish Octopus and the mushroom ravioli. Julio also suggested adding an order of bread to soak up the incredible sauces, and I'm so glad he did--not a drop was left on the plate. For my entrée, I chose the scallops, and they were cooked perfectly. I even skipped most of the accompanying beans to save room for dessert, which turned out to be one of the best decisions of the night. The blueberry olive cake with blueberry sorbet was phenomenal and the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and refreshingly free of distractions, allowing the food and conversation to take center stage. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience with incredible food, outstanding hospitality, and an environment where every detail matters, Foundation Eatery is a must-visit. I can't wait to come back. PS. I can't believe they have a burger on the menu. I'd try that based on everything else!

Silverware was thoughtfully changed between courses at exactly the right moments. Beverage service was remarkably attentive, anticipating our needs before we ever had to ask. The cuisine was true culinary artistry. Each plate was beautifully presented and delivered a level of refinement rarely found in this area. The food genuinely stands apart from anything else in the region. Equally impressive was the hospitality. Our server, the server assistant, the front-of-house manager, and the owner all contributed to an exceptional evening through their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The décor strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and comfort. Elegant without feeling pretentious, refined yet welcoming, the atmosphere encourages you to relax while still feeling like you’re somewhere special. When future Michelin Guide or James Beard recognitions are considered, Truth Be Told deserves serious consideration.
