Food, service and ambience. Perfection! Food was completely out of this world, achieving a top level of quality. This meal is on my top 5 list.

It was our first time dining at ELEM for a birthday dinner, and we were given a tour of the restaurant as well as really attentive easy-going service. All the staff are really kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was - of course - AMAZING, and both the cocktails and the menu were highly creative and well-balanced in flavours. We loved our time at Elem! (Also, we were discussing how we were going to steal a bucket of their sauces from the kitchen because it tasted so good.) Thank you so much for a great time!
