Brilliant atmosphere . A family of 5 with 2 young children, a great table was offered to accommodate sufficient space for pram etc . staff were outstanding.

Scott’s is always a treat but their set lunch meal deal makes it a treat I could come back for every week. Food was terrific and service excellent.

I recently visited The Ivy in Richmond with my children and had a really lovely experience. The service was great, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. It made all the difference, especially as it was a special outing for us. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. It has that classic Ivy feel but also feels light and comfortable, perfect for a family meal or a nice catch up with friends. The food was very good, nicely presented and full of flavour. There was a good range of options on the menu, so everyone found something they enjoyed. Everything came out in good time, and we never felt rushed or forgotten about. All in all, it was a lovely afternoon and exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend The Ivy Richmond if you are looking for good food, great service, and a lovely setting to enjoy it in.

Love the Crabtree and the service was great as always. I had the Chicken Kiev which was fantastic but the “wedge of salad” is just a cheeky rip-off. A quarter iceberg salad with some dressing and crispy onions is not the level of detail I’d expect from the Crabtree in general and even more so when I pay £19 for my food. Not impressed. It clearly would have not been a big deal to make a nice vinaigrette with chopped tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions etc… some herbs.
