    We have a friend over from Australia staying with us, and she requested a roast on Sunday - so there was only one place to take her. Our favourite pub for a roast in Blackheath, the food is always on point and the service from Natalia and the team is brilliant. I have to say, I thought on this visit that the Sunday Roast was even better than usual - I had the pork, which was super succulent and very tasty. My dining partners both opted for the lamb, which they thoroughly enjoyed and we shared a cauliflower cheese, which paired with the meal perfectly. Our Aussie friend said the roast was '10/10 - no notes' so high praise indeed.

    Top notch food. Every item of food was unbelievable. The chef took time to come to the table to describe the dishes and how best to taste. Would highly recommend for a special moment.
