Head Chef Dylan James' dishes pay homage to the British countryside, and embrace the nature of the seasons. Expect locally sourced ingredients from Hampshire and Dorset's rich larder with dishes such as Grilled south coast cod loin, green lentils, chorizo, capers and Slow cooked dingly dell pork belly and cheek, apple and kohlrabi. Breakfast and afternoon tea is served daily with gluten-free and vegan options available.

The Manor’s Restaurant serves rustic fare in an elegant setting with a focus on homemade, comforting cooking. Our chef sources the very best ingredients to create a dining experience that won’t disappoint. We offer a varied menu which can be enjoyed in our dining room or on the terrace on sunny days. Our wine list, supplied by Solent Cellar in Lymington, features an excellent range of both Old World and New World Wines with classic favourites as well as interesting surprises. We are a warm, friendly pub situated in West Parley, Ferndown, serving traditional pub food every day till 10 pm. We have a wonderful, friendly team who are always happy to help. Families always welcome up to 9 pm, and we have a children's menu which includes a free dessert! We have a great selection of local cask ales, from The Dorset Brewing Company, and Ringwood Brewery, and run a collector card alongside the real ales where after 7 pints your 8th is free! We take bookings for anything from an evening out for two, to larger groups for birthdays and other celebrations, so please feel free to either call or email to make a booking with us. We have a large beer garden, with plenty of seating, so while the weather is nice why not come and sit outside and enjoy our great food and drink.
