A new, growing-led “British Tapas” restaurant from the teams behind Chef's Table and Growing @Field 28. The menu features an inventive and daily-changing selection of vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and game plates, each dish is crafted from Field 28's daily harvest of pesticide and biocide-free heritage produce and specialist leaf, served alongside a selection of hand-crafted cordials, cocktails and wines. We did the 5-course blind tasting. Really good concept and the food was delicious, service was a little slow as it was so busy, it took 30minutes to get our first course, but the service staff were attentive and friendly.

Fantastic food as always under the new owners. Pints over £2 cheaper than nearby pubs and the staff are an absolute credit to the place. Can't recommend The Swan highly enough!
