Was surprised this time as we have been there in the past and the service was very good. This time we were put in the corner and were forgotten about. The lady did apologize for it and do get a bit better but still not the way it should be specially when it was not busy. Maybe new staff not sure. The drinks and food were very good so that will keep us going back.

Service was great—new items on the menu were excellent. The arugula, kale & fried cheese salad is ALWAYS a favourite, but the new polenta fritters were scrumptious! And the new tagliatelle with the lemon pesto was bright and fresh and DELICIOUS! 2 new favourites to add for sure!

We had an amazing experience! JP was kind, hospitable, and incredibly friendly. The entire staff and front-of-house team made us feel welcome too. The recommendations were spot on — we really appreciated how informed and thoughtful the descriptions were. The drinks were so good — I had the Chadberry, which I recommend. It was refreshing, and not heavy at all. For food, we enjoyed the cheese plate with Brie, the market fish, and the ricotta dish. All were delicious — we left feeling full and happy. 100% recommend, especially for sweet romantic lunches/dinners etc.

What a great evening at the Rec Room South; we went there for my daughters birthday and it was a great experience. Food was way better than expected and service was top notch. My kids really enjoyed their kids menu especially the ice cream to end and the video games made for some excellent post dinner entertainment. Thank you Rec Room for such a great evening.

Great company, great food - wine was a little pricey!
