Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Presidio

We loved the steak and halibut and pasta and sorbet and rolls. And the attentive service and lovely ambiance. A special meal A special evening

Food was excellent. Crab and shrimp Louie salad and lobster sandwich were quite tasty as worthy complementary pop over with strawberry butter in chicken consume. No need to order appetizers. Service was attentive, especially with the bus staff. One slight negative was that I asked for a table adjacent to the window facing Union Square when I saw several available but was told by my server they were not and that the booth I was given was the closest available at the time. Throughout my entire lunch, no one occupied the empty tables by the window. Not sure what their seating policy -maybe they save it for VIP clients?

The new location for Wayfare Tavern is great. They always go above & beyond, highly recommend!

First rate service, incredible flavor combinations, groovy vibe, from beginning to end, an amazing culinary experience.

I came here to celebrate my birthday. Have never been here before so wanted to try the food here since my children had given me a gift certificate several years ago. Both the food and the service were excellent.
