I think this has great potential. We went for our anniversary which is the 4th of July. We were in the area for the Cubs game. The reservation had the message that it was our anniversary and I mentioned it to our server. I also mentioned we would be splitting everything and wanted it spread out. The appetizer and salad came together, as did the two mains. There were no clean plates for sharing and no new silverware to cut anything in half. The staff was hard to find when we tried to get clean plates. The food was OK. The drinks were good. Servers were very friendly but had too many tables between them (not their fault). I would give them more time and try them again next time we are in the area. I’m disappointed they didn’t do anything to recognize our anniversary.

We went to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and everything about the experience was top drawer. Dishes were all flavorful, fresh and fun to eat, cocktails were great, and the service was consistently stellar. Everyone was so nice and seems to take great pride in their work! Thank you for a lovely night!

We hadn’t been here in years, and we were so pleased to see it still going strong. The service was impeccable. We ordered the eggplant, which was phenomenal. We also ordered the snap peas—so delicious. We also got the steak frites—super generous portion and also so yummy. For cocktails, we got the manhattan and the killing floor. The killing floor is a great, balanced summer cocktail and the manhattan was spirit forward and so good. We ate on the patio and it was just lovely. Highly recommend!
