In 1688, Joseph Haviland built a tidewater gristmill that provided the locally-grown grains to a nearby bakery that supplied farmers and tradesmen with bread. Nos encanta Copperhill. La comida el ambiente y el servicio son fantásticos. Nos gusta especialmente la cocina, productos de mercado, elaboraciones muy cuidadas, combinaciones sorprendentes, sabores delicados y deliciosos. Sin embargo nos ha decepcionado un poco la Classic burger, muy “normalucha”, en mi opinión no está a la altura del resto del menú. La Lamb burger está mucho mejor.
