Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Bedford-Stuyvesant

The food was great - particularly the dates with cheese - and all of the cocktails were fantastic (no surprise). The frozen pisco colada was the perfect size. Can’t wait to visit again!

Given the lack of black owned Michelin restaurants generally and within NYC, I wanted to see if it matched the buzz. Clover Hill is a quaint place tucked within a leafy Brooklyn block. Service was pretty top notch and thoughtful, and the food was presented with just enough panache and space for the diner to enjoy on his/her own. Competent wine and cocktail list - my only slight thought is that for the occasional solo diner (we exist), the full tasting menu and seating options should be offered.
