Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. Really love the team at Unexpected Guest, their gins never disappoint. Love being one of the first to try their new range of gins that were all delicious. Loved the Sri Lankan inspired gin and how passionate the staff and owners are about their gins.
