Born in the 17th century, traditional punches utilized the exciting new ingredients discovered on the trade routes, the five traditional ingredients of punch highlighted spirits from Europe and the colonies.Discovery, the new Punch Room Rome signature menu—a collection of pages inspired by personal diaries that bring to life a cast of imaginary characters: naval academy students, alchemists, philosophers, and merchants. United by a shared dream to gather knowledge for the future, they journey through time and across the world, carrying the spirit of Rome within them.Each cocktail tells the story and flavors of its dedicated country using carefully selected ingredients representing its culinary identity.
