The three-course tasting menu elevated the experience to something truly memorable, with each dish more impressive than the last. I honestly can’t decide what stood out more: the food or the drinks. The cocktails were tailored to individual preferences, which made the experience feel all the more special. Fleet, the bartender, was phenomenal—his creativity and attention to detail took the evening to the next level. The ambience was unlike anything else in the city—stylish, intimate, and full of character. Elephant East is a true hidden gem in Dallas, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
