    Pearl East is a great place to go for good chinese cuisine. Food is always consistent. Their sushi is good too. The Pink lady roll is awesome. Cocktails are delicious. The Mango martini is my favorite. If you’re in Great Neck, NY definitely a must try. Be sure to make reservations if you’re going on the weekend. It’s always packed. During the week, you are able to get a table quickly. Service on the weekends is a bit slow, but the food makes up for it.

    Our dinner at Lotus was probably the best Chinese food we have had on Long Island in over 10 years. We have been to Lotus many times in the past and always enjoyed it but had not been back since the fire. We ordered basic dishes (hot and sour soup, fried dumplings, double cooked pork and beef chow fun) and each dish excelled in quality of ingredients and preparation. So much of the Chinese food on Long Island is disappointing and Lotus was a very pleasant surprise. Can’t wait to go back again.

    It's not fancy and the tablet ordering is a little annoying, but the food is outstanding and the servers are very nice. Definitely my favorite Chinese restaurant on Long Island - the soup dumplings are delicious, as is everything we have tried so far. Looking forward to returning!
