Este establecimiento inaugurado en 2006 por el famoso dueño de restaurantes Michael Chow ha sido galardonado con el 5 Star Diamond Award de la American Academy of Hospitality Sciences por su excelencia, servicio y cocina y ha cambiado su antigua ubicación de la calle 57 de Nueva York. La comida no fue lo que normalmente se espera de P.F. el servicio un poco descuidado, olvidaban pedidos y detalles sencillos. Las copas de vino estaban sucias, tenían manchas de gota seca.
