Our barista and coffee guide was Nick. He was friendly, informative, engaging, and made the experience our best in Seattle. The coffee was beyond delicious but what made the experience so engaging and enjoyable was the feeling like you had just been adopted into a family of brilliant coffee savants. The team worked so well together and the experience felt organic, and relaxed. We could have stayed there all day just soaking in the knowledge. I would do this again and I would strongly recommend it. Five stars does not do it justice because they often mean good or great but this was otherworldly. This was truly the highlight of our trip to Seattle.

One of a kind experience. Guided by a knowledgeable bartender, you’ll not only enjoy cocktail crafting but also have the chance to learn anything that piques your interest, for example, from cocktail techniques to the stories behind the spirits. Even if you’re not particularly into cocktail crafting, the tasting alone makes it worthwhile. You’ll get to try four distinct styles of espresso martini, each with its own characteristics.. The price is more than fair for what you get, and honestly, the experience itself feels like a bucket list item for anyone even mildly curious about mixology or cocktails.

Great place with great food and service. On a sunny day, siting outside is a must.

The Smash burger was one of the best ever. Staff was great. Highly recommend Relish.
