There’s no doubt, the food is delicious! The ambiance and service were great. The problem is that the portion sizes are ridiculously small. We were a party of 4 for dinner and selected some entrees to share. $26 for two scallops - and no mention when we ordered that there were only two. Most ridiculous were the garden vegetables we ordered to share with our mains. The plate looked like a work of art, beautiful! BUT there was one small okra, one baby carrot, three slices of zucchini/cucumber- not sure which because there wasn’t enough for everyone so I didn’t have a vegetable. Honestly, it wasn’t even a serve of vegetables suitable for one, let alone for four people to share. As I said, the food was delicious but portion sizes exceedingly small, and prices quite high anyway but even more so when you consider the quantity. Had to have some Vegemite toast when I got home because I was still hungry. Quality, service and ambience excellent, value and portion size a let down. Great if you’re on a diet, I guess.

From the moment we arrived, the dining experience was excellent. We were warmly welcomed and offered a choice of tables, setting the tone for a relaxed and thoughtful service. The staff were incredibly attentive—offering great recommendations and helpful guidance on how best to enjoy the dishes, including wait times. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and clearly the result of a well-crafted menu. We shared the ribeye along with the wedges, and it was more than enough for two, especially when paired with a couple of small plates. A special shout-out to Arthur, who made our visit even more enjoyable. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed and added a friendly touch with his conversation throughout the meal. We’ll definitely be returning to explore more of the menu. Excellent and quick service. Food was delicious and catered well to food allergies.

The Sticky Chai was excellent: balanced in spices, sweetness and temperature. We had the Prawn Katsu Sando which was filling and balanced in flavour with coleslaw and salmon roe. We thought the salmon and squid in pasta could have been more flavourful. Overall, we had an enjoyable brunch.

We ordered coffees which were great and breakfast eggs benedict which were lovely, but the shukshuka was not good, It was not thick enough and it was very dry and overcooked. The flavour was good but should not have been served. It could have been a one off, but I would go back and try again if i was in the area.
