Service from Thomas was 5-star. He was the only server, serving a full restaurant and he did so with such calm and grace - it was amazing to watch. We always felt attended to...even as he rotated to all of the tables. Most amazing was he was not at all rattled by the amount of tables he was handling, as he had it all under control.
