Requested to sit beside the window to see the wildlife, which was given and we had a great view of the birds. Unfortunately, the only option with the eggs Benedict was to have chipotle hollandaise, and no option for the traditional way of just regular hollandaise. Because of this, mum was flustered to choose something else and ordered the veggie stack which was very underwhelming for her.
