The Basement Brewhouse situated in Bankstown Sports Club features it’s own microbrewery specialising in craft beer that’s brewed in-house and offers a wide variety of craft beers within Australia and around the world. Featuring 30 taps, we offer a wide range of craft beer, ciders, wine and tap cocktails. Throughout the year we have 10-13 Basement Brewhouse beers available on tap, all of which are brewed on site. Two of our most popular beers features our famous Kolsch and Pale Ale. The Basement Brewhouse features our very own Burger Bar that serves up award winning burgers, hotdogs, fries and our delicious gourmet meat and cheese boards. I love this place. Atmosphere is awesome. The music could have been lowered just slightly but I did love the song selections. The food is a 10/10 I love those BBQ platters and Ulitmate BBQ platter. I also got the extra spicy chicken wings. I would say that it's definitely western level of spice but they were still delicious. I took a bunch of friends here and they all were happy with their meals. One of the boys said the burger he had could have been the best burger he's ever had, it was that good.

This was the Second time I have been to Roast Republic both times it was fantastic the food is excellent the staff are helpful and friendly even though they were busy I will be going back and recommending Roast Republic to friends and family
