The stately looking former manor house, is set back from the road in acres of grounds surrounded by the beautiful Norfolk countryside. We give chefs Jake Wragg and Richard Hart free rein to create dishes which delight guests from near and far. Allowing them to showcase their creativity and talent, the ever evolving menu swings with the seasons and uses local Norfolk produce from the myriad of farmers, fishermen and other producers on our rural doorstep.The pub itself we describe as quintessentially English, set on the edge on an expansive village green in beautiful Aldborough. Don't be surprised to be watching the cricket when a group of Morris Dancers show up. Yes it happens!
