Stacey Lawson and Paul Fields are not only delighted but thoroughly excited to announce the opening of their restaurant. Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience. Paul had always had a passion to open up an independent restaurant and as a local girl Stacey recognised that although Lincoln is a historical City and a very dynamic and growing City, there was a clear need for a relaxed restaurant experience that combined history with modernity.

The William Foster is just off the main High Street, in Lincoln’s main shopping area, with something for all ages and needs. During the daytime, we offer a plush (but easy-going) atmosphere, with a vibrant lunchtime trade – an easy venue in which to chill, meet, eat and drink – with specials offers on food and drink.By night, we become the place to meet for either a nice quiet drink or, depending on your mood, a great place to start your party night, with a vast range of cocktails and drinks offers.On Fridays and Saturdays we have our residents playing all of your party favourites.
