I hadn’t eaten here for a few years and wanted a place to dine with my partner where we could dress up for a birthday celebration. The Blythswood Hotel fitted the bill. We both really enjoyed our food & wine. We had the duck & monkfish which were both beautifully cooked, and enjoyed the ambience as well as the level of engagement with staff.

Food was lovely, as always. Very attentive staff. Weaver’s has never disappointed.

Prices are typical of airport hotels so they are always a bit high. Food was good.. no complaints. Quite a variety and well presented. Staff were lovely. I’d booked the cocktail experience but was ill and they were fine about it. Constantly checking all was good and any other requirements. It was a bit cold from the door opening and closing. But for an airport stopover hotel I was pleased.
