Lovely food, nice table with ample space, courtious service, very helpful, as neither of us had taken our glasses, so server took time to explain. Food portions generous, arrived hot, most enjoyable.

It had been a while since we had been to The Millbrook. However, it was probably better than ever. The new owner/host seemed genuinely pleased to serve us and was authentically polite. The food was outstanding. We chose the steak to share, it had that lovely charred taste, yet exceptionally tender. However we wished we hadn't had the charcuterie starter , which was amazing, as we couldnt finish it all!! I just wished I liked fish, as the table next to us had fish that was filleted at the table, that looked amazing too. We heard that it came from Looe that morning. We will definitely be back and hope it won't be so long next time!

We had a warm welcome onto the sunny terrace. The hotel has good music and a really cool vibe. The staff are attentive and professional. We both had the rhubarb mocktail which was a generous size and delicious. We both had chicken Caesar salad which was just about perfect. Crunchy lettuce medium boiled full of flavour eggs, the chicken was tender and lots of it. The service was faultless.

A delicious breakfast. Great service and a really lovely setting for a reasonably priced meal.

Had a fantastic dinner with friends, the food was excellent with lots of choices for meat eaters. The pub itself was a very traditional low beam building, which had lots of charm and cosiness, helped by a roaring fire by our table. Service was attentive and the staff/kitchen helped to accommodate dietary requirements for guests. Would very much recommend visiting this pub for London quality food and Devon quality setting.
