Park Tavern Neighborhood Bar & Brewery is located in the heart of midtown on the corner of 10th St. & Monroe overlooking Piedmont Park and the midtown skyline. Park Tavern rejuvenated its restaurant and menu for the 2019 summer season. Our building was originally built in 1905 as horse stables for local racing enthusiasts and then transformed into a golf clubhouse in 1928. Although expanded and renovated over the years, the building still features some of the original woodwork and stone from the historic clubhouse. Today Park Tavern combines the historic charm of the site with the modern sophistication of Atlanta’s impressive skyline. The restaurant features handcrafted beers brewed on-site as well as spectacular patio dining overlooking the park and city.     We had friends in town staying at the Marriott. We were just looking for a place close by with decent ratings for dinner. Honestly it was absolutely delicious. Their cocktails and beers were delicious. We had the lemon pepper wings, and the four cheese flatbread. They were both really good… I wish the flatbread would have been a little bigger. Our meals were all delicious as well. We had the Texan steak, the cowboy steak, a burger, and a chicken Caesar salad. No one complained in all of our plates were clean!! Our server and the manager were also amazing! Highly recommend.

    Food was delicious, great selection. Coffee was good although I like mine hotter. Drinks and beer were all good. We were not rushed. After we were able to go upstairs to library/book store and relax some more. The Bier Garden was also nice.
