Having grown up in an Italian family where cooking was the exercise at home, my brother and I quickly learned the tricks and kitchen items. We learned at a very young age how to make a bread or a delicious tomato sauce. Today, after many years in the field of restauration, we now know that Diners want good simple food at good prices. Our parents immigrated to Canada from 2 small villages in the region of Calabria, in southern l`Italie.My father was owner of a restaurant from the day he arrived in Canada and opened several others his lifetime. Today, my brother and I own 3 restaurants, K73 and 2 other different concepts. Every morning, bread, sausages and sauces are freshly made on site.
