The food was very good. It appeared under-staffed which caused a few delays in serving drinks. The staff on duty tried their hardest.

Enjoyed a delicious and special Winter meal today at Pipis Kiosk in their restaurant. Coq au Vin was served with a matching red wine and a complimentary salad for $35. Also enjoyed the starter of a serve of seaweed sourdough with softened brown butter ($7). Service was 5 stars - just the right amount of attentiveness that i prefer when being a solo diner. Can see this place would be a prime place to visit during summer!
