I wish I could cook like this at home, they have such diversity in their ingredients all the whilst making the dishes enjoyable for all. Also, you can tell the owners have learnt a lot from other restaurants, as they apply their best knowledge here: a very modest yet original entrance, modern interiors, beautiful paper for their well-designed menus.... Everything is unpretentious and refined yet still accessible for many - when I dined I saw young couples and then an elderly group of friends.
