Best Barbecue Restaurants in Park Ridge

This restaurant is exactly what it advertises to be, which is a Wisconsin supper club that serves excellent traditional American food. The service is exceptional--knowledgeable and friendly. This is one of our most favorite places to eat, and would highly recommend it.

Brandon and Katherine Rushing and their family like team have brought the Low Country to Chicago. The fully wood fired barbecue is outstanding, with the brisket being my favorite. The mustard based gold sauce is true to its South Carolina roots, and the red sauce will please anyone who has eaten great barbecue in the Carolinas. The oysters are fresh, beautifully presented, and tasty. The collards are flavorful and cooked perfectly, not limp and wimpy, and with a nice heat to them. Totchos are a must try for the uninitiated, and the hush puppies were perfect, light, crunchy outside and warm and tender inside with a great sauce to dredge them through. Add the live blues and it was a perfect evening out with friends, old and new.

Just amazing, melt in your mouth bbq, expertly crafted cocktails, and friendly attentive service along with a beautiful outdoor patio made for an extraordinary experience. We love Q and will be back because their standards hit and they always reach them!
