Tiny Bar is a 15-seat bar and restaurant that delivers big flavours in a cosy, intimate setting. As Brunswick East locals who both originate from Tasmania, Zac Shearer and Jamila Fontana have created a menu and drinks list that focuses on the things they love. Zac is the son of a fisherman and Jamila grew up in a family of Italian restaurateurs, and both have a strong influence on this tiny space. Think European leaning, umami-packed plates, plenty of seafood and Italian inspired cocktails. The wine list changes frequently and focuses on Victorian and Tasmania producers, as well as winemaker friends. Zac has worked in some of Melbourne and Hobart's most loved kitchens and takes weekly trips to the Preston Markets to design a menu that is all about fresh, great quality ingredients.

    We booked the Mother’s Day lunch. The food was delicious and plentiful. The ladies were treated to a rose each and a complimentary cocktail from the roaming cart. The staff were very attentive. We had two people with special dietary requirements. They were both catered for perfectly. The views are spectacular. Highly recommend this venue.

    My friend and I had an amazing night out! Having diner in the Olivine winebar is a very special experience. Extremely warm welcome from the friendly Claudia who was our host/waitress on the evening. She gave us great food suggestions and accurate service. The sommelier is very knowledgeable and all the wines we had were from outstanding quality. We specially enjoyed the fact to be able to drink a glass of Premium wine so you aren’t stuck with a bottle of the same. Overal very friendly staff and a special location to dine. I can highly recommend.

    OMG this is my new favourite local everything, perfect for a drink, a nibble or a full delicious meal - and yes much tinier than you are expecting. Cosy, friendly, feels like you are at your mates (but Zach and Josh cook better) thanks!
