We were at Croxley’s on a Monday afternoon for lunch. The place was empty. Our waitress, did not get her name, was wonderful. We told her we were not in a rush and were there to catch up with friends. She was extremely attentive yet allowed us to have our space & privacy. Since most of the restaurants in Farmingdale on Main Street are either closed on Mondays or do not open til 4pm, it’s good to know my GFs and I have a place to meet without being rushed.

Upscale nightspot with delicious food and a wonderful ambiance. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Drinks menu, either during happy hour or anytime, is worth your time to peruse. Hope It Goes Well (reposado tequila, passionfruit, lime, tajín-chipotle salt) easily gets you in the mood for either short bites or a bigger meal. The raw bar option of the trio (maine oysters, poached shrimp cocktail, tuna tartare) is a great choice for a starter to share. From there, the Lobster and Bucatini is a fine choice, as is the Town House Smashburger. Was too full to even consider a dessert ... until my next visit.
