Overall our experience at Elysain was delightful My family was impressed with the food and how promptly everything was served The staff were friendly and helpful We all said how we would love to come again and bring others

Everything was great. My only feedback is to have more servers or a system in place where they ask if you'd like to order something right away (coffee etc) and then return when all guests have arrived to the table or another order. After being seated, your front reservations lady came back to check in if I needed anything and I asked for a server, she said she would send someone. No one arrived and I couldn't get anyone's attention. Staff are otherwise really lovely and spot on. One even remembered to return 15mins later to take my sisters lunch order instead of us calling out for someone. That was great! This isn't the first time.

The food was excellent. We were staying at the hotel for the weekend and were originally planning to eat at Jamisons View one night only but the food was so good we decided to eat there on the second night as well. The pianist playing in the bar gave the restaurant a beautiful ambience.

We enjoy dining at the Ambassador and were grateful to have a different menu on this occasion.
