I can’t wait to go back. The eclectic and creative menu drew us in and did not disappoint. Often Seattle restaurants offer weird and disappointing food. The food and service at Nue was fabulous and reasonably (for Seattle) priced. The Syrian kale and carrot salad was by far the favorite dish but everything ordered (Caribbean cornbread, Brazilian acaraje and the South African bunny chow) was delightful. Everyone working there treated us like good friends.

We had the pleasure of interacting with Adam during our dinner at Nomadic. He was knowledgeable about both the food and all of the wines, and very entertaining! You can’t go wrong with the prosciutto and fig sandwich, definitely get the kale salad on the side! Being able to try a bunch of different wines was such a fun experience, we can’t wait to go back!
