WHO KNEW THAT A SHRIMP PASTE WOULD ADD SUCH UMAMI TO A FRIED CHICKEN....THAT EVEN THE KFC PEOPLE NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT? JUST ONE OF THE INCREDIBLY CREATIVE TASTES AND TEXTURES THAT HAVE EVOLVED FROM THE CHEFS OF THIS RELATIVELY NON-DE SCRIPT BUILDING WHO HAVE TRANSFORMED THE INTERIOR INTO A PLACE TO BE IMAGINED MAGICALLY.
