Then I had the provoleta tradicional appetizer (fried cheese) which was served in a small skillet and was still bubbling when I got it. Yum!! For the main course I ordered the asado de tira which was cooked perfectly and I ate every bite!! For the side I had the hongos saleados (sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes with pancetta. What a meal!! The service was outstanding as well and numerous people came by to ask me questions and to see if I liked it.
