Eagle Brook Saloon is a classic American sports bar and restaurant. The restaurant itself features a Wild West type of setting, with saddles, swinging doors and other cowboy paraphernalia adorning the walls. One of the original owners was Russ Francis, an all-pro tight end for the New England Patriots. I had salmon and my wife had scallops, both were excellent. Our waitress was great, she knew when to come by without being intrusive and was fast with everything we ordered or asked for. There was enough variety on the menu to bring me back again. We were celebrating Mother's Day so we went more entree, but there were good choices under other catagories that I would like to try.
