The servers were very attentive, the food was very flavorful and was a good value. Though not an extensive menu, it has enough selections to satisfy most. This Copper Canyon is in a nice location overlooking a small lake with several other shops and theaters. The interior is chic, and outside seating overlooks the lake.

The restaurant is in an historic charm town and has a welcoming environment. - The staff was attentive and friendly. - my fiancé had the meatloaf and he loved it and I had the salmon. I loved the sauce over the salmon wish it was on the asparagus too but it was still delicious. My fiancé and I will be back again.

Mia, our waitress was friendly and pleasant. The restaurant was average. I got the steak and eggs. The steak was prepared to temperature (medium rare), but not the best quality. I will try something different next time. Everything else was fine. The restrooms could use a good cleaning.
