I love this place. Atmosphere is awesome. The music could have been lowered just slightly but I did love the song selections. The food is a 10/10 I love those BBQ platters and Ulitmate BBQ platter. I also got the extra spicy chicken wings. I would say that it's definitely western level of spice but they were still delicious. I took a bunch of friends here and they all were happy with their meals. One of the boys said the burger he had could have been the best burger he's ever had, it was that good.

This was the Second time I have been to Roast Republic both times it was fantastic the food is excellent the staff are helpful and friendly even though they were busy I will be going back and recommending Roast Republic to friends and family

Great food and service. Steaks are perfect. The setting is old style, with wooden floors and wine stacks and steer awards mounted on sandstone walls.

This is an amazing steak restaurant! We will 100% be back to try more of the food, and also to try/share more of the entrees. Very welcoming, and a great vibe!

We had a chicken bites starter, burgers, cocktails, beers & a cookie (2 people) on a busy Saturday night. Grateful we made a reservation and our table was ready on time as the place was packed. Everything was great and delicious but portion sizes seemed small for double burgers. A few small service issues - no napkins, the burger trays came out without liners on them, no salt on our fries. And it’s a bit impersonal as everything is via QR code and food came out much faster than drinks. Good for a very casual dinner pre-show.
