Absolutely amazing service, I left a note on the booking to say it would be my mums 60th birthday, on arrival we were greeted with a 60th balloon, birthday hats and sign which was ever so thoughtful. My mum was also gifted a little bottle of Prosecco and a birthday card, I cannot recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back. Ps the food was delicious!!

Amazing gem of a find in the local area to our hotel. Every food item was flawless, the drinks and wine, too and the service was prompt and professional. Will definitely go back

The whole experience was great, well organised, the staff attentive and the food I would describe as above the average pub grub level. Whilst the choice is limited it is very tastey. If you order drinks onboard, please be aware that you are paying a 10% service charge not just on the drinks but also on the cost of the initial cruise tickets. So if you order say 2 non-alcoholic drinks the service charge will be more than the cost of your drinks. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience of travelling on the Countess lunchtime cruise, a vey pleasant way of spending some time in Stratford and would recommend doing it but the cost can escalate.

Father’s Day carvery - great food and excellent service. They were also happy for us to leave three cars in the car park while we did a 2 hour pre lunch walk.
