Food portions are huge to substantiate the minimum cost of $34 per dish. The quality was very good. When the waiter didn’t come back to collect the credit card we went to the counter to pay. Not somewhere I would bother returning to but I hear the rooftop bar is worth a visit!More infoKingbird at The Watergate HotelPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Foggy Bottom•4.3
- YYvonneVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •46 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoQuaint old-school hotel restaurant, stately with parquet wood floors, service attendants in tuxedo bow ties, brass hardware, ... just a lovely, bespoke environment. I had a Tavern salad--crisp, seasonal, nicely balance of greens (butter lettuce), seasonal berries and citrus. Portions are appropriately sized, not hugely generous, but not skimpy either. My colleague got the chicken dinner plate and was pleased with the flavor and moistness. Thanks!More infoThe Tavern at the Henley ParkPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.3

The tea room is beautiful and the ambience was perfect. Deepak was our server and he was kind, attentive, and so knowledgeable!More infoWillard Tea RoomPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Washington•4.6

- KKellieWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined on Jul 11, 2025This is a dining "experience". The Willard is beautiful and Peacock Alley has it's own history and reputation. The tea is a wonderful afternoon for those who are looking for something beyond the ordinary. The staff took very good care of my husband and I. The tea selection is robust, the food was fantastic (and really just the right amount), and the ambiance was perfect. If you let them know, they will help you celebrate a special occasion, as they did for my birthday by giving me a special birthday cupcake. I highly recommend this afternoon tea!More infoWillard Peacock Alley TeaPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Downtown•4.9
