A hotel guest had a medical issue that meant they needed to stay in their location occupying a portion of the living room where tea is served. Very sad unusual situation that was beyond anyone’s control. The staff went above and beyond both to make them comfortable and to take care of impacted customers for the tea. It was really impressive to see them treat the hotel guest so kindly and also to make sure that everyone at the tea who was celebrating something still felt special about the day. Hard to overstate how impressed we were with the service.

Super chill, just as expected. The lounge area is super nice, and everywhere is pretty quiet so you can hang with your friends and zen out. Booking a cabana was such a great choice for me (I recommend the Tree House for great views of the place) and reasonably priced, especially considering it comes with a complimentary flower jar. I do wish there was a phone number you could call and actually reach someone, but otherwise no complaints. Will absolutely be going again!!

I’ve been a customer myv since 1981 and was very disappointed with the quality of the food recently. The shrimp cocktail used to be five giant plump prawns but what we got were shrimp “on a diet”, small like what you would expect on on a small salad, but still charged the same price. The traditional curry was very salty and not very tasty. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Absolutely fabulous I recommended highly. Unfortunately they do not have openings too often so you really have to be diligent on your open table to get in tea starts at 3 o’clock truly an eloquent experience thank you Getty. We’re now gonna try the villa Getty and I’ll tell you how that goes

I have been waiting years to experience the Getty Villa Tea and it exceeded my expectations! Everything was lovely.
