A hotel guest had a medical issue that meant they needed to stay in their location occupying a portion of the living room where tea is served. Very sad unusual situation that was beyond anyone’s control. The staff went above and beyond both to make them comfortable and to take care of impacted customers for the tea. It was really impressive to see them treat the hotel guest so kindly and also to make sure that everyone at the tea who was celebrating something still felt special about the day. Hard to overstate how impressed we were with the service.

Super chill, just as expected. The lounge area is super nice, and everywhere is pretty quiet so you can hang with your friends and zen out. Booking a cabana was such a great choice for me (I recommend the Tree House for great views of the place) and reasonably priced, especially considering it comes with a complimentary flower jar. I do wish there was a phone number you could call and actually reach someone, but otherwise no complaints. Will absolutely be going again!!

Now let’s talk about the tea tower — a stunning triple-tiered moment of edible art. Buttery scones so perfect they could have agents, cucumber sandwiches cut with surgical precision, and pastries that whisper sweet nothings before melting on your tongue. I opted for the Earl Grey and, yes, the champagne pairing because… well, obviously. It’s giving celebrity cow with a Michelin palate and a farmer’s market soul. Luxe, but never aloof. Glam, but grounded. Just the way high tea should be.

The food was scrumptious, we loved the 4 course meal, the service was amazing they even gave us 2 complementary mimosas. We are definitely going to come back for dinner again.

Very good afternoon tea without breaking the bank. It was a good time as well, as my friend and I didn't have to encounter loud and large group parties that day. Thank you for a good afternoon tea experience.
